Funding Drug Prevention with Marijuana Revenues Will Increase Health Disparities, Not Fix Them

9 out of 10 addictions start in youth. Marijuana addiction rate is 1 in 6 for young people, so the ones who are most vulnerable will fall behind. They won’t benefit from after school programs and their parents can’t afford treatment.
